Telford AC started my journey in competitive sport and with enthusiastic support and encouragement from a range of the coaches there I've stayed with the club despite living away from Shropshire in recent years. The Ladies team have had some great successes and I'm proud to call some outstanding and dedicated runners my team mates!

Altrincham and District AC are the club I do most of my training and racing with on the local scene and where I met my fantastic coach, Phil Nichol, who's guided me to all the successes I've had since returning to sport in 2011 after long-term injury
